HELLO, I’M SARAH.
I’m a certified coach (CPCC, ACC) and former music exec.
I coach executive women in the music industry to quiet self-doubt, rebuild confidence, and lead with clarity and purpose.
You’ve built a name in music, but you’re ready for more.

I’VE LIVED THIS INDUSTRY
With 20+ years in music, I’ve done it all: record stores, music journalism, airline audio, recording studios, and over a decade in biz dev at BMG, Sony Music, and EMI.
I’ve distributed merch across Europe for Live Nation, delivered results in high-pressure roles, and navigated more boys’ club dynamics than I care to remember.
I know how exhausting it is to keep proving yourself.
Now, I help women break that cycle, and back themselves fully.
MY WHY
When I was 34, I left major record labels after a decade because I couldn’t smash through the glass ceiling.
So I carved out a new path in music; one where I could grow and lead.
Now I’m dedicated to helping other women shatter that ceiling.
I’m a Londoner now living in NYC, via LA - and no matter the city, the same story plays out: women being shut out of leadership.
When I retrained as a coach, I kept thinking: I wish I’d had someone back then.
Someone who could help me see a path into leadership, and believe I belonged there.
That’s why I coach women in music - so no one has to do this alone.

It’s the most fulfilling work I’ve ever done.
