I spent over 20 years in the music industry - often as the only woman in the room.

I built my career in the UK, later lived in Los Angeles where I retrained as a coach, and now run my coaching business from New York.

Today, I’m a certified, ICF accredited executive coach.

I work with women and gender expansive people on the business side of the music industry who want space to think clearly, trust their judgement again and move forward with confidence.

My core values are curiosity, courage, authenticity, freedom and integrity.

I believe people do their best thinking when they feel respected and heard.

And I believe the music industry is better when more women are able to lead in their own way.

Outside of coaching I love animals, live music, travel, nature, great wine, TV, laughing and the small moments that remind us life isn’t all about work.

I’m a Taurus, and the friend who still sends birthday cards in the post. I’ve been with my amazing wife for almost 20 years. I’m loyal, steadfast, playful and compassionate.
