WHY I DO THIS WORK

With 20+ years experience in music.

From record stores, studios, major labels (BMG, Sony Music & EMI) and merch, I know the excitement of the industry and the toll it can take.

I’ve delivered results in high-pressure roles and experienced the unspoken rules, the egos and culture that wasn’t designed with women in mind.

I know how exhausting it is to keep proving yourself.

Now, I help women break that cycle, and back themselves fully.

WHAT I STAND FOR

A music industry where equity and equal pay aren’t something you have to fight for.

Right now, 84% of senior leaders in music are white men. That says a lot about how far we have to go.

I can’t change the industry alone.

But I can support women to navigate it with clarity and confidence, and that matters to me.

In my coaching space you don’t need to justify who you are or what you’ve lived.
