We’ll explore your values, strengths, motivations and the patterns that can get in your way, using coaching exercises and the LINC Personality Profiler.
We’ll work through what you actually want from your career, what needs to change and the decisions you’ve been struggling to make.
Put It Into Practise
Coaching doesn’t stop when the session ends. You’ll have exercises, actions and things to try between sessions, so you can start making decisions and doing things differently in real life.
You’ll also have email support for accountability and perspective.
