Before coaching, I spent over 20 years in the music industry across BMG, Sony Music and EMI, a recording studio, and commercial roles in music merchandise.
Often as the only woman in the room.
I know what it's like to be spoken over. Dismissed. Underestimated.
And I know what can happen when a woman starts backing herself fully.
That’s a huge part of why I do this work.
When women start to trust their voice, everything starts to change.
I also understand how small the music industry can feel. Confidentiality and trust are at the heart of my coaching practice, and I take both extremely seriously.

Navigating Redundancy and Career Change with Clarity

I’ve facilitated workshops, moderated and spoken on music industry panels, and served as a jury member for initiatives supporting women across music. My work focuses on imposter feelings, confidence, leadership, boundaries, visibility, self trust and navigating the realities of the music industry. I partner with music industry organisations across the UK and USA to support women working across the business.
