Executive coaching for women in the music business
Former Music Executive
Certified Coach | ICF ACC
The music industry asks a lot of you.
You’re experienced.
You’ve delivered results.
You might be leading teams, running projects, closing deals, or out on the road making things happen across labels, live, touring, management, DSPs, music tech, production, or studio.
And as a woman in this industry, you’ve likely had to work twice as hard to get here.
But let’s be honest, it’s taken its toll.
You’re fed up with the pressure.
The invisible barriers.
Your days blur together - full schedules, high expectations, and very little space to think clearly.
You’ve started second-guessing yourself.
Wondering where you're headed.
I get it because I’ve lived it too in the music industry.
I remember feeling capable on the outside but unsure on the inside.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
I can help you stop circling the same questions.
Trust your judgement again. Back yourself.
This is where things start to shift and you change your story.
Hi, I’m Sarah.
Executive Coach | CPCC | ICF ACC
I work with women in music who are already delivering at a high level, ready to lead bigger, and create careers that feel exciting again.
Before coaching, I spent over 20 years in the music industry across BMG, Sony Music and EMI, a recording studio, and commercial roles in music merchandise, often as the only woman in the room.
I know what it's like to be spoken over. Dismissed. Underestimated.
And I know what can happen when a woman starts backing herself fully.
Coaching with me isn’t about endlessly talking things through. It’s about thinking clearly, trusting your judgement, and taking action.
I’ll challenge you and hold you accountable.
You’ll stop second-guessing yourself, make stronger decisions, and leave with practical tools you’ll use long after our work together ends.

Navigating Redundancy and Career Change with Clarity
“When I began working with Sarah, I was in a stable role within a well respected company, but I wanted to grow my personal business and strengthen my personal brand firmly in line with my beliefs and values.
What I truly loved about our sessions was that Sarah met me where I was on any given day and we found what was important to broach, dissect and build on week by week.
Some of the visualisation exercises she introduced me to were a real game changer. They allowed me to really hone in on my priorities, strengths and passions.
During my 6 month programme with Sarah, I was made redundant. The timing could not have been more fortuitous.
I felt secure, supported and heard in my journey of exploration, decision making and finally moving into a new role. Sarah was instrumental in guiding me gently through considerations, but in a way where I remained fully in control.
She reframes and refocuses you constantly to allow you to see invaluable perspectives.
One of the biggest things I take away from this is the phrase:
“Do you know that to be true, or is that what you have decided to be true?”
It’s something Sarah said once that has really stuck with me. Especially when imposter syndrome rears its ugly head, or when you doubt yourself.
I cannot recommend Sarah enough.
If you feel you are not entirely fulfilled, perhaps you want to grow your value or step into a new position, she’s your girl.
Firm but fair. Grounded, constructive and always honest.”
I’m not sure that I really understood the feeling of ‘stepping into your power’ until I worked with Sarah. — Agent

ADHD Informed Coaching
Coaching that recognises not everyone works the same way
Many of the women I coach suspect they have ADHD, are newly diagnosed, have been navigating it for years, or simply recognise they work and think differently.
I’ve completed ICF accredited ADHD coaching training to better support clients navigating confidence, overwhelm, leadership and career challenges in ways that work for them.
