This 3 month coaching experience is designed to create real movement.
You’ll have private coaching, accountability, practical support, and space to focus on what matters most.
Each session is led by you.

There’s no set agenda, but there is structure.
Throughout the experience, I’ll bring in exercises, frameworks and coaching tools that help you think more clearly, make stronger decisions, and build a toolkit you can use long after our work together ends.
This experience isn’t just about the time we spend together in coaching. It starts to shape how you think, make decisions, and show up differently in your career and life.
The real magic often happens between our conversations, when you’re taking action and backing yourself differently in the moments that matter.
You’ll also have access to email support between sessions for celebrating wins, wobbling confidence moments, or when you need help thinking something through in real time.
This is a coaching relationship designed to create lasting change.
How we’ll partner together:
Before we begin, you’ll complete a confidential coaching questionnaire designed to help you reflect on where you are, what’s important to you, and what you want from executive coaching.
From there, we’ll work together across a private 3 month coaching experience that includes:
• A 90 minute Discovery coaching session to uncover what’s going on and where you want to go next
• 3 × 60 minute private coaching sessions focused on the challenges, decisions and opportunities
• LINC Personality Profiler assessment and dedicated 60 minute debrief session to help you better understand how you work, lead, communicate and make decisions under pressure and at your best. This is often one of the most valuable sessions of the coaching experience
• Personalised tools, exercises and reflections throughout the coaching experience
• Email support throughout our time together for the moments where real life happens
• A final 60 minute Reflection coaching session to recognise your growth and look at what comes next
