Sara’s Story
From Stuck Senior Leader to Building Something New
Before coaching, Sara felt stuck. Despite having a dream job on paper and a successful senior role in the music industry, behind the scenes she had lost confidence, joy, and clarity around what came next.
After years of powering through, she felt disconnected from herself and unsure how to move forward in a way that truly felt aligned.
Through coaching, Sara reconnected with herself. The passion, energy, and confidence she thought she’d lost came back.
Together, we explored the deeper patterns that had been keeping her stuck, alongside the values, ambitions, and possibilities she had stopped fully allowing herself to consider.
Sara found the courage to leave the music industry, start her own business, and move into a completely new industry. Something she’d wanted for a long time, but never truly believed was possible.
Today, her business is growing, exciting new opportunities are coming in, and the people around her say her positive energy is back.
Working with Sarah hasn’t made me someone new, but it’s helped me reconnect with who I was before I felt stuck. The passion, energy, and confidence I once had are back. — Sara

Julie’s Story
Stepping Into Leadership and Owning Her Voice
Julie knew she was capable of more, but hadn’t fully stepped into the next level of her career yet. She was thinking more intentionally about leadership and visibility, but hadn’t fully given herself permission to prioritise those ambitions.
In our coaching sessions, Julie explored the deeper patterns shaping how she showed up at work - from the self limiting voice that fuelled hesitation and overthinking, to reconnecting with her values, strengths, and the confident leader already inside her.
As our work together progressed, Julie gained greater clarity around what truly mattered to her, the impact she wanted to have, and the kind of career and life she wanted to build moving forward.
She became more proactive about stepping into opportunities instead of second guessing herself, trusting her instincts more and backing herself when opportunities appeared.
Since then, she’s become more active in industry organisations and started saying yes to opportunities that push her outside of her comfort zone.
There’s been a shift in mindset - trusting that I’ve earned a seat at the table and acting accordingly — Julie
Erin’s Story
Rebuilding Confidence and Creative Trust After Moving Overseas
When Erin moved overseas and relocated to London, she found herself navigating a major personal and professional transition.
She was rebuilding direction, community, and momentum from scratch while trying to establish herself again in a completely new environment.
At the same time, she found herself taking on work that wasn’t fully aligned with where she ultimately wanted her creative career to go.
The result was pressure, overwhelm, and constant self judgement.
Every decision felt urgent. Every step felt loaded with expectation.
Through coaching, Erin began untangling the scarcity thinking and internal pressure that had been shaping how she approached both her career and creativity.
Instead of seeing this chapter as proof she was behind, she started viewing it differently — as a period of transition, growth, and creative rebuilding.
She became more aware of the internal narratives and saboteurs driving her decisions and learned how to challenge them, rather than letting them completely dictate her emotions or direction.
Today, Erin says she feels:
• more grounded in her identity
• more creatively inspired and energised
• clearer on the work she wants to prioritise
• less driven by panic and comparison
• more trusting of her own path
Most importantly, she no longer feels like she’s falling behind.
Working with Sarah has given me a fresh wave of confidence to own the space I’m in, rather than constantly feeling behind or questioning whether I’m on the ‘right’ path. — Erin McKellar, Creative Entrepreneur
