FAQs

These are the questions women most often ask me before we begin.

  • Who is my coaching for?

My coaching is for women in the music industry in the US, UK and Europe who:

    - know they’re capable of more

    - are done playing small

    - want new tools, perspective, and momentum

    - are ready to silence limiting inner voices

    - want to back themselves properly

    - are willing to show up fully

    - want real transformation, not passive support

You might be leading teams, running projects, closing deals, or out on the road making things happen across labels, live, touring, management, DSPs, music tech, production, or studio.

My coaching space is inclusive and welcoming of different identities, backgrounds, and ways of experiencing the world, including neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients.

Many of the women I coach are neurodivergent, including women with ADHD, and I’ve completed additional training in ADHD informed coaching to better support different thinking styles, communication patterns, and ways of working.

  • How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching is right for you if you’re ready to be honest with yourself, challenge old patterns, and take real ownership of what comes next.

It works best when you’re ready to fully show up, embrace new perspectives, and turn insight into action.

  • What if I'm unsure what I want yet?

    That’s completely normal.
Many clients start coaching because they feel unclear or are circling the same questions.

Coaching isn’t about having a perfect plan. It’s about creating the space to think clearly enough to build one.

  • What happens in a coaching session?

We cut through the noise and focus on what matters.

    Together we’ll:

    • Get clear on your next move
    • Challenge what’s holding you back
    • Use practical tools to shift stuck patterns
    • Build confidence and stronger thinking
    • Create actions that move things forward
    • Keep momentum going between sessions

You’ll leave with more clarity, more self trust, and clear next steps.

  • Why do you work in a 3 month container?

    Real change takes time.

One session can create insight, but lasting change happens when you have space to reflect, take action, and return to the work.

Working together over several months allows us to uncover patterns, build self trust, and turn clarity into confident decisions and deliberate action.

  • Why do we aim to meet every two weeks?

Two weeks gives you time to apply what we discuss in real life.

Coaching works best when there is space between sessions.

That’s often where the real shifts happen. Then we use our next conversation to reflect, adjust, and keep moving forward.

That said, I know life and work can be full on. Travel, busy seasons, and real life happen, so there is flexibility when needed.

  • How long is a session?

The Discovery Session is 90 minutes.

    Standard sessions are 60 minutes.

  • How do we conduct the coaching?

Sessions take place on Zoom, so we can meet face to face no matter where you are in the world.

  • What are your coaching hours?

I coach Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.

Many of my clients are in different time zones, and we’ll always look for times that work for both of us.

  • How much is coaching and how do payments work?

You can explore current pricing and my package on the packages page.

A payment plan is available, and many clients choose to pay monthly rather than upfront.

Payments are handled securely through PayPal, which makes the process simple and manages the monthly payments automatically, so there’s nothing you need to remember or chase.

I work with clients internationally, including many in the UK. PayPal will usually show the amount in your local currency or handle the conversion during checkout, depending on your payment settings.

  • What about confidentiality?

Confidentiality is at the heart of our coaching relationship. This is your space to be open and honest, knowing that everything we discuss remains private.

As an ICF accredited coach, I follow the ICF Code of Ethics and professional standards. You can explore the ICF’s guidelines here

Everything you share in our sessions stays between us- unless there’s a genuine concern for your safety or the safety of others. Your well-being always comes first, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

  • What happens if I'm late?

I understand busy lives and unpredictable schedules happen.

If you’re running late, please let me know when you can. We’ll still use the remaining session time as effectively as possible and finish at the scheduled time.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 48 working hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session.

This helps me protect time that has been reserved especially for you and offer availability to others where possible.

Sessions changed with less than 48 working hours’ notice may be charged in full.

I understand genuine emergencies and industry curveballs happen, and where possible I’ll always aim to be fair and work with you.

  • How can I get the best results from coaching?

    • Engage fully, even when questions feel challenging

    • Stay open and honest in the conversation

    • Follow through on actions between sessions

    • Reflect between sessions and notice what’s changing

Coaching works best when you treat it as active work, not just a conversation.
