I'm a fiercely supportive Brit and music’s been my world for 20+ years.

I built my career in London’s music industry - often the only woman in the room.

I’ve played the game. Navigated the boys’ club. And I know what it's like to be spoken over. Dismissed. Underestimated.

But here’s the thing: I never accepted it, and together we don’t have to anymore.
