A LITTLE HOPE FOR THE YEAR AHEAD.

As we move into the final stretch of the year, you may find you’re running on empty.

Deadlines, release plans, budgets, big meetings, and everyone wanting everything yesterday; it’s a lot.

All you can think about is getting to the end of the year, and collapsing into some well-deserved time off.

But beneath the exhaustion, there’s usually something else too: a quiet hope that next year you will feel different.

Maybe you’ll finally get unstuck.

Or feel more confident.

Or silence that imposter syndrome that’s been holding you back.

A calmer, more confident, values-driven you.

That’s why the work I do has never felt more important.

Helping women in music navigate these high-pressure stretches with clarity and confidence is what I’m best at.

Over the past year, I’ve refined my coaching and the results it creates, and to reflect this, my prices will increase from January 1st.

If life feels too full-on right now to start something new - like coaching - that’s okay.

You can still book before 31 December to keep this year’s rates, and we can begin in January, when you’ve got more headspace - if you prefer.

Sometimes just knowing you’ve made that commitment to yourself, that something’s in motion, can bring its own sense of calm and hope.

Integrity guides me in how I coach and how I run my business. I decided early on in my business never to discount my work because I know its value, and I want to reflect the same self-belief I help my clients build.

Wouldn’t you want a coach who walks her talk?

If you’re ready to make next year the one where you move forward with confidence and a renewed sense of direction, let’s talk.

And if you’re based in LA, or happen to be there next month for any of these music industry events, please do come and say hi. I’ll be there too!

Jump Global Summit

Yes, I’ll be heading back to the city I used to live in, soaking up the LA sunshine and catching up with familiar faces. It’s a hard life, but someone’s got to do it!

Always in your corner,

Sarah
