BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE.

So many women in music are craving something better.

A different way to lead.

A different way to work.

A different way to show up; without playing small, burning out, or trying to fit a mould that was never made for them.

But the challenge is doing things differently and backing yourself, often before anyone else does.

It might look like:

– Saying no without guilt

– Charging properly for your time

– Disagreeing with the loudest voice in the room

– Trusting your instincts even when they go against the grain

– Leading with care, not control

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

But if you feel stuck, and the way things are doesn’t work for you; you’re allowed to stop going along with it.

The day I chose to leave major labels after a decade, I really backed myself.

To the outside world, I had a great job for an amazing company and was working with some of the biggest artists on the planet and looked ‘successful’.

But I felt stuck, as there was nowhere to grow into leadership, and I was ambitious and unfulfilled.

I didn’t have a plan. I didn’t have a safety net.

But I had a gut feeling, and I listened to it.

I stopped chasing someone else’s idea of success and started building a version that felt like mine.

That was the change.

Too often in music we’re made to feel like we should be grateful just to be here.

But what if the role you’re in doesn’t align with your values?

What if it’s not paying you fairly, or it’s slowly chipping away at your confidence?

You don’t have to walk away to make a change.

But you do have to stop proving yourself and start backing yourself.

That’s where it begins.

Now I coach women who are ready to do the same in their own way.

You don’t have to be fearless - you just have to be honest.

Honest enough to say: this isn’t working for me.

Brave enough to ask: what would?

One client recently said,

“For the first time in years, I feel like I’m trusting myself, and I’m curious and excited about the possibilities ahead.” (Jen, UK)

That’s the shift.

That’s the change.

It starts with you.

Backing yourself.

On your terms.
