LIFE AFTER LEAVING CORPORATES

Started your own thing after years in the music industry?

I did too.

After years in music, I stepped away to retrain as a certified coach and launch my own business. I wanted more freedom, more flexibility, and to do work that truly aligned with my values.

And while it’s been the most rewarding move I’ve ever made in my career, it’s also been a rollercoaster.

The reality is;

People don’t reply as fast now you’re not working for a major brand.

You go from a team around you to wearing every hat: strategist, marketer, finance, assistant.

You left to escape burnout, but somehow end up working more hours than you ever have.

You’re still the same brilliant, experienced, respected woman you’ve always been.

But when was the last time someone asked you:

🔸 What do you want from this business?
🔸 What kind of life are you building around it?
🔸 What would success really look like, for you?

I’m a certified coach and I get what this transition feels like, because I’ve lived it.

If you’re still working in-house (at a label, live company, or DSP etc) and can bring in external coaches, please consider backing women-led businesses like mine.

By hiring me, you’re not just supporting a woman-owned business—you’re helping more women in music get the clarity, confidence, and support they deserve.

And if you’re a woman doing this solo and want a space to pause, reflect, and figure out what feels right for you, I’m here.
