Sat Back To Back With A Stranger

Last month I found myself sitting back to back with a stranger, just noticing my breath.

It wasn’t something I’d normally do.

Have you tried anything new recently, just to see what it shifts?

I joined a local somatic group for women and did something completely outside my usual world.

We moved our bodies to music. We focused on our breath, shared intentions, and spoke about our week.

What stayed with me was how quickly things can shift when you give yourself space to actually feel what’s going on, instead of just thinking your way through it.

If you’ve been in my world for a while, you’ll know I don’t usually offer one off coaching sessions.

My coaching is normally done over a minimum of three months.

But for May, I’ve opened up a small number of one hour sessions.

It’s a focused hour to think clearly, tune into what’s actually going on in your body, and move something forward without a longer commitment.

If there’s something you’ve been circling, a decision you keep putting off, or a situation that isn’t sitting right, this is where we move it forward.

Sometimes trying something different is what creates the shift.

Spaces are limited.
