A Small Thank You To This Community
This week is International Coaching Week, which celebrates the impact coaching has on people’s lives and careers.
Coaching has changed my life.
Becoming a coach has been the most rewarding decision I’ve made in my career and I love supporting women in music every single day.
Helping them to:
Speak up in rooms they used to shrink in.
Start businesses.
Make scary career moves.
Negotiate pay rises.
I genuinely bloody love what I do.
I really love this community too. The women who read Off The Record, reply to my newsletters, message me, support my business and quietly cheer me on. It means more than you know.
So to celebrate International Coaching Week, I wanted to give something back to this amazing community.
This week, one reader will receive a complimentary private one hour coaching session with me.
No strings attached.
I know not everyone’s in a position to invest in coaching right now (or able to get their business to fund it), but could really do with someone in their corner.
It’s a genuine offer of coaching support.
To Enter:
Simply contact me here and tell me about a moment you supported another woman in music. Entries close 15th May.
Maybe you opened a door for another woman
Recommended them for an opportunity
Mentored them
Checked in on them when they were struggling
Helped them feel less alone.
No names needed, of course, and everything will stay completely confidential.
One woman will be selected at random (think names in a hat) and I’ll contact her privately next week with details on how to claim the session.
Your name and story won’t be shared publicly either.
And yes, this is absolutely your chance to brag about yourself a bit because women really don’t do that enough.
Be proud.
Thank you for being here. Really.
You, and women like you, are a huge part of why I became a coach.
