SHE IS THE MUSIC PANEL

I recently went to the She Is The Music 'State of The Music Industry' panel at Live Nation’s NYC office.

The panel was a powerhouse line-up of women from across the music world, sharing honest stories and bold thoughts about where we go next as an industry.

What struck me was how many women—no matter their background—are asking the same questions:

🎧 How do I keep progressing when the ladder seems invisible?
🎧 What if I want more, but I’m not sure what “more” even looks like anymore?

It reminded me how powerful it is when women in music come together—sharing stories, making space, and lifting each other up.

I only moved to New York 9 months ago, and I’m so grateful to the women here who’ve welcomed me into this community.

If you’re working in music and quietly wondering what’s next, you’re not alone.

I coach women across the industry who are navigating exactly that:
Ready to lead. Ready to rise. Just not sure how.
